Abstract: Based on the findings of a previous empirical study and the follow up focus group as well as expert consulting,this paper brings forwards suggestions to improve researchers'intention of self-archiving papers into OA repositories.The suggestions include but not limited to the following:strengthening inter-operability among OA Repositories,improving the users interface and simplifying archiving procedures,adopting proper measures to guarantee the papers'qualities and copyrights,and promoting OA Repositories...
