Based on investigation of the theory and research status at home and abroad, the paper ex- plores the impact of ubiquitous information society on the human resource management of university library in China. Then, taking the library of Peking University as an example, it puts forward countermeasures and thoughts on the development of human resource management of University Library in China in the u- biquitous information environment.
